Requirements
This chapter describes site requirements and equipment needed to install your Ubigate iBG1003
router
Before you install Ubigate iBG1003, familiarize yourself with the network
interface, power, and ground connections as described in the next sections.
General Site Requirements
Site Preparation
This section describes how to prepare your site for installation of the Ubigate
iBG1003 router. Ensure that the site is properly prepared before you start
installation. If you are experiencing shutdowns or unusually high errors with
your existing equipment, this section can also help you isolate the cause of
failures and prevent future problems.
Install the router only in restricted areas, such as dedicated equipment rooms
and equipment closets. In addition, the site should be as dust-free as possible
