However, certain service providers do give you the option to change the app's language.

An app’s picture quality is
poor.
Check the network connection status. Apps may not work or be shown in low picture quality if
the network speed is not high enough.
Apps are services provided by app developers and not the TV itself.

There is something
wrong with the TV
Try this!
The files are skipping
when played back.
This occurs when playing back a file format that is not supported or a file with a high bitrate
(rate of transmission per second). Most files can be played without a problem, but you may
experience problems with certain types of files.
My files won't open.
Files using an unsupported format may not play back altogether.
Check the codec information for compatibility with the TV. For more information about
supported codecs, see the “Before Opening Media Files” section.
