Troubleshooting
If you are having a problem while watching the TV, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The TV will
turn off and on automatically. Then check the same problem persists. If the problem persists, check out the
troubleshooting section for a possible solution. The troubleshooting section offers of a comprehensive range of
solutions for most of the common problems. If the problem you are having isn't addressed, however, you can view
“Frequently Asked Question” section or contact Samsung Service Center for assistance.

Try Now
Displays high-resolution images on the screen to test for defects and issues with the screen itself. If the test does
not identify any issue with the screen, the problem you are having may be related to an external device or the
strength of the broadcast signal.
If the TV fails to display the test images or the images appear broken or distorted, there may be a problem with the TV.
Contact Samsung Service Center for assistance.
If the test images are displayed correctly, there may be a problem with an external device. Check all external-device
connections. If the problem persists, check the strength of the incoming broadcast signal and check the external devices'
user manuals.
