Before Using Bluetooth Devices
These are the precautions the user needs to become familiar with before using Bluetooth devices.
Depending on the model, Bluetooth may not be supported.
Limitations on Using Bluetooth
• Bluetooth devices cannot be used when
Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup
is in use.
• Depending on the Bluetooth device, there may be compatibility issues ( headphones for mobile devices may not
work).
• With certain Bluetooth devices, you may experience a delay in which the audio lags behind the video.
• You may experience signal cutoffs depending on the distance between the Bluetooth device and the TV.
• Bluetooth devices may produce noise or malfunction (audio cutoffs) in the following situations:
– When a part of your body is in contact with the transceiver of the Bluetooth device or the audio device.
– When the device is placed next to a wall, placed in a corner, or blocked off by a partition.
– When the device is exposed to electrical interference from medical devices, microwaves, wireless LAN
devices, and other devices and appliances that operate on the same frequency band.
• If the problem persists, we recommend connecting the device using a cable.
