Your phone lets you store up to 229 numbers and names in the
Phone Book. Each entry can have up to 6 associated phone
numbers. Each entry can contain up to 32 digits including hard
pauses, with an associated name of up to 12 characters. Name
entry is optional. Stored phone numbers can be categorized as
one of six categories - Home, Work, Mobile, Pager, Fax and No-
label. You can even specify the memory location of your choice
for each entry. Memory locations can be marked “Secret”
preventing the unauthorized from seeing the telephone
number.
One-touch, two-touch, and three-touch dialing from your Phone
Book makes it easy to call a phone number stored in your
Phone Book. See “Shortcuts to Memory Dialing” on page 65.

You can locate and view your Phone Book entries three
different ways:

The up/down navigation keys allow you to view your entire
Phone Book in alphabetical order of the names (a-z), or by
numerical order (1-229) from Standby or Talk mode.

, to access the Phone Book.
Press
to access the Phone Book numerically, or
to access the Phone Book alphabetically. After either key is
pressed, you may enter a location number or letter to
quickly access a particular entry.

to navigate through your stored entries.

You can place a call by finding the name or number that
you want to call using this One Step Phone Book access
and pressing the
key.
