If connecting to a camera for the first time, you will see the installation message. Then, install the
required WebViewer Plugin to access the camera and control the video from it in real time.
1.
When the monitoring page is accessed
for the very first time, the installation
page is displayed. Click [

begin installation.

If the plug-in installation file download status is suspended at 99% in the Internet Explorer
browser, retry it after selecting “Release SmartScreen filter” in “Tool
SmartScreen filter”.

Click [

] in the message window.

Click [
yes
] when the notice window
saying that all browser windows will be
closed.
4.
When the old version of the Web Viewer
Plug-in is installed, a notice window
saying the old version will be deleted is
displayed.
Click [
yes
] when the notice window is
displayed.
