Calls
Call settings (Menu 9.5) let you configure the actions taken by the phone
when you dial and receive calls.
To access call settings:
1. In Idle mode, press [
] and select
Settings
Calls
.
2. To change a setting, choose another setting and press <
Save
>.
The following options are available:
General
This menu (Menu 9.5.1) lets you configure high-level features that specify
how calls are handled. Use the navigation keys to choose the feature, if
necessary press [
] to enable (check) or disable (uncheck) the option,
then press <
Save
>.
Show My Number:
Lets you specify how your ID is handled when you
initiate an outgoing call.
•
Set by Network:
You are identified to the recipient using the default
network information.
•
Hide Number:
Your identification is hidden from the recipient.
•
Show Number:
Your phone number and name are sent to the
recipient.
Call Answer:
Selects the available methods for answering a call on your
phone (Send Key, Flip Open, Any Key). The phone can always be
answered by pressing [
].
Call Status Tones:
Lets you activate alert tones that sound during a
call.

Minute Minder:
Sounds a tone after each minute of a call.
•
Call Connect Tone:
Sounds a tone when a call connection is
successful.
