PROGRAMMING
TECHNICAL MANUAL
PART 2 NOVEMBER 2001
MMC: 112
ALARM REMINDER
DESCRIPTION:
Allows the system administrator or technician to set or change the alarm
clock/appointment reminder feature for any station. This must be done for single
line telephones, as they cannot access programming. Three alarms may be set for
each station and each alarm may be defined as a one-time or TODAY alarm or as a
DAILY alarm, as described below. The TODAY alarm is automatically cancelled after
it rings, while the DAILY alarm rings every day at the same time. Alarm numbers are
1, 2 and 3. In the case of Secondary Pair assignments (MMC 217) the alarm only
rings the station that is programmed and does not ring the paired station.
