File management

 Using a microSD memory card

You can save/move/copy data onto a microSD memory card 
(including microSDHC memory card, microSDXC memory 
card) inserted to the product.
• Do not turn off the product or subject it to impact while 

microSD memory card data is being accessed. Doing so 
may cause data corruption.

◎ Some applications require a microSD memory card, use the 

product with the microSD memory card attached.

 Attaching/removing a microSD 
memory card

Before attaching/removing microSD memory card, make 
sure to turn the product off and remove the battery pack.
• Attaching/removing microSD memory card is possible 

with the product turned on. In such case, be careful not to 
remove the battery. When removing microSD card, be sure 
to unmount microSD card first.

• Do not force to attach or remove.

Attaching a microSD memory card

  Remove the back cover and battery pack

  With the contact (metal) side of the microSD 

memory card down, insert the microSD 
memory card in the direction shown all the 
way straight into the microSD memory card 
slot

•  microSD memory card slot is placed above au Micro IC 

Card (LTE) slot.

◎ Make sure that the top and bottom of the microSD memory card 

are facing correctly. Trying to force a wrongly oriented card into 
the slot could make it impossible to remove the card and result 
in damage.
