and enter Proxy and IP
settings if necessary, then touch
Connect

Launch the Web browser to confirm that you have an
Internet connection.
Connecting to Portable Wi-Fi hotspot from other
devices
1.
Activate Wi-Fi on the device that wants to connect to
your phone.
2.
Find
[Galaxy Note_9297]
in the Wi-Fi network list and
connect to it. XXXX are four randomly generated digits
that display when you set up a Portable Wi-Fi hotspot
on your phone.
The connected device can now use internet through
your Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.
Note:
Activating Wi-Fi and connecting to your phone is
different depending on the type of the other device.
Near Field Communication
Near Field Communication (NFC) allows data exchange when
you touch your phone with another compatible device. This is
used for applications such as Android Beam.
To activate NRC, follow these steps:
