7.3 Debugging
The debugging details contain information to check the operations of the gateway. They also
facilitate troubleshooting in the installed system. It includes any requests and responses over
Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU as well as information on the Internet and web portal connec -
tion.

Select the required device.

Select 'Debug' from the 'Action' menu to open the debug window for the selected device.
Alternatively:

Right-click on the device and select the menu item.
The function is protected by the default or custom password.
Selecting debug information (start, monitor or stop logging)
You can select information that you want to include in the list from the drop-down menu.
Click the 'Start' button to start the process to collect debug information.
