8.1 Enabling and selecting pa-
rameters
All codes and their meaning and default set-
tings are listed in the code list in section 14.
Codes which are marked with an asterisk
must be enabled with Code 3 before the as
-
sociated parameters can be configured as
described below.

To cancel a value before it is confirmed (by
