4.2.13. Installation of the suction ducts on the booth without manual station
Position the customer's suction duct assembly (2) at the suction outlet of the booth and fasten
the hose connections (1) with 8 M8 x 20 screws per connection.
4.2.14. Installation of powder projectors
The mobile equipment supporting the projectors is positioned on the ground so that the powder
projectors pass through the vertical or circular slots in the booth provided for this purpose. They
are controlled by the installation supervisor PLC and ensure the altitude (up and down) and in
and out movements of the projectors. Refer to the powder projectors user manual.

From the control cabinet, carry out the electrical connections for the following equipment:
• Blowing solenoid valves.
• Interior booth lighting.
• Interior lighting of the manual station option.
• Fire detectors.
• Emergency stop buttons.
• Vibrator of the vibrating frame
4.2.16. Grounding connection
The various equipment in the booth and the manual station option requiring grounding are
connected to the grounding bar located on the control cabinet or to a good quality ground
of the installation.

Pneumatic Connections - Control Cabinet
From the control cabinet, carry out the electrical connections of the following equipment:
• Blowing solenoid valves.
• Distributor for the control of the cylinders and suction shutters.
