Operation
Unscrew the fluid needle stop on the back of the gun. Unscrew
the air needle(s) located on the base or on the gun.
Choose the projector (head + needle) adapted to the work to be
done.
Screw the nozzle, then the head onto the gun.
Before tightening the head ring, position the head to obtain the desired
spray position. The spray is vertical when the 2 ears of the head are
horizontal.
It is recommended to put the gun in "OPEN" position to
mount the nozzle without damaging the needle.

Setting
The professional gun has 3 settings :
Air pressure
Supply the gun with air from the network (clean air - pressure: 6 bar
maximum).
Control the opening of the gun (air pressure > 3 bar).
Adjust the air pressure upstream of the gun to obtain a good spray.
The width of the jet
It can be adjusted by turning the knurled knob on the vent needle. The air
admitted to the side vents is controlled in this way to change from flat jet
(wide open) to round jet (closed).
Paint flow
It is regulated by the choice of the projector and the pressure of the product.
It is possible to further adjust the flow rate by adjusting the needle stroke
(needle stop knob) in the case of fluid supply.
The optimum setting is achieved with the fluid needle fully open (an
almost closed needle does not ensure a steady stream).
