1. Before Using the Prime Chuck
① Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the collet, shank of the tool, and hole inside the chuck.
② Blow air into the slot hole of the collet to remove dust (see Fig. 1).
③ Lightly apply pure oil on the screws inside of the collet and the outer surface of the collet. Do not apply oil
on the inside of the collet (grip).(See Fig. 2.)
