PERATOR’S MANUAL

 

 

 

No person should be allowed to stand between the tractor and the machine, without the tractor and 
machine being secured against movement or accidental start-up! 

 

The operator is responsible and accountable for: 

o

 

The  regional  and  workplace  specific  regulations  are  adhered  to  and  followed  by 
personnel at all times. 

o

 

Operation is done only in technically proficient condition. 

o

 

The maintenance and repair procedures specified in the manual are adhered to and 
documented in writing. 

 

Before exiting the tractor cabin, the tractor must be secured against movement and accidental 
start-up.

 

4.3.

 

Safety instructions and initial START-UP 

 

The  tractor  and  implement  combination  must  be  verified  by  qualified  personnel  to  ensure 
compliance with the safety instructions before initial start-up. 

 

Only  people  involved  in  the  operation  and  start-up  of  the  machine  are  to  be  allowed  within  the 
operating area. 

 

All loads, features, and functions are to be verified by qualified personnel. 

4.4.

 

Safety instructions and maintenance 

 

All maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and adjustments must be carried out with the machine stationary 
position with the tractor switched-off! Secured against accidental start-up! 

 

Verify that all bolts and nuts are tight and retighten if necessary. 

 

Use suitable tools and PPE (work clothes, safety shoes, gloves, and protection) when working on 
the equipment. 

 

Properly dispose of oil, grease, and filters. 

 

When undertaking electrical welding, the machine must be disconnected from the tractor. 

 

Spare  parts  must  meet  the  technical  specifications  of  the  manufacturer.    For  example,  original 
spare parts. 

 

Maintenance work must only be carried out by qualified personnel. 

 

Before carrying out maintenance work, turn-off the tractor and secure it against accidental start-up. 

 

Any moving parts must be secured against movement. 

 

Use only proper and functioning tools. 

 

For  safe  operation,  maintenance  work  must  be  performed  at  the  scheduled  and  recommended 
intervals. 

4.5.

 

Safety instructions for operation 

 

Only qualified people are to operate this machine. 

 

People  operating  this  machine  must  be  instructed  regarding  its  operation  and  prove  that  they 

understand it’s operation before use.

 

 

The appropriate safety equipment must be determined by the operator and ensure that it meets 
local safety requirements. 

 

Prior to operation, the machine should be inspected by the operator to ensure proper condition. 

 

In  the  event  of  defect  or  faults  during  operation,  work  with  the  machine  should  be  stopped 
immediately, and an inspection followed by appropriate action to remedy the situation undertaken.
