Replace/adjust fine-adjustment nozzle

Remove front panels, refer to page 37 Chapter 9.2

Turn in the bypass nozzle to the stop, then
back two turns.

Replace pilot burner nozzle

Heat conduction

Natural gas = 50 %

Primary air sleeve

Liquid gas = 100 %

Remove the heat conduction plate.

.

Determine pilot burner nozzle, refer to information in the table, page 36 Chapter 9.1.2

.

Screw in pilot burner nozzle to the stop.

.

Adjust correctly the pilot flame, by turning the primary air sleeve, until the flame ist stable.

.

Check the position of the pilot burner, refer to information in Chapter 9.6.

.

Check all gas-bearing parts for tightness.
