Saving and recalling measurements
The instrument can save the setting state and measurement data to internal memory and external USB
disk, from which the setting state and measurement data of the instrument can also be recalled.
a) Press [File]→[Save State] to save current instrument state to the storage;
b) Press [File]→[Recall State>]→[State File>], and a list of state files will pop up to display all state files
saved in the memory. Select corresponding file for quick setting of the instrument. Press
[File]→[Recall State>]→[Last State] or [Default State] to select the last setting state before starting
or the default state of the system;
c) Press [File]→[Save Trace>] to save current sweep trace data or data in different formats in the
memory, where S1P, S2P and CSV data files are used for opening and using in external computers;
d) Press [File]→[Recall Trace>], and a list of trace files will pop up to display all trace files saved in the
memory. Select corresponding trace file to recall the saved trace file and make current state setting
consistent with the saved state.
e) Press [File]→[Print Screen] to save the display area on the screen into jpg file format. Edit and enter
the name of the file to be saved, and press OK to complete the saving.
f)
Press [File]→[File Mgmnt] to copy or delete the file.
g) Press [File]→[Location Int>] to set the saving medium to be the internal FLASH, external USB or SD
card.

Set Sweep Frequency
There are two ways to set the frequency in SA mode of S5105D/E/F microwave analyzer:

Set the start and stop frequencies
a) Press

b) Enter the start frequency with the figure key, and select the frequency unit on the touch screen;
c) Press [Stop Freq]

Set span quickly
Set the span quickly by the following steps:

c) [Span Full]: set the span to the maximum in SA mode of S5105D/E/F microwave analyzer;
d) [Span Zero]: set the span to zero and locate it at the center of current frequency; in the case of span
