SALICRU
Questions
Answers
1
What is the
maximum Back-up
Load power?
The maximum Back-up Load power is 110% of the
rated power of the inverter
2
What is the
maximum
generation power?
The maximum generation power is PAC
3
What happens if
the battery reaches
the minimum SOC
(maximum DOD)?
The battery remains in standby mode and is only
charged if charge mode is enabled. The loads are
supplied in parallel to the battery charge from
the grid.
4
Why does the hybrid
remain in standby
state despite having
the charge and
discharge profiles
configured?
The hybrid's clock may be incorrect and it may think
it does not have any profiles enabled within the set
time range. The best is for the charge and discharge
profiles to cover 24 hours.
5
What happens if the
grid is lost?
First of all, you can only use the back-up load.
The charge profiles stop supplying the back-up load
with solar panel surpluses, but they do continue to
charge the battery. The Standby profile stops working,
as this mode behaves like any inverter without
batteries that does not generate power when the grid
is lost. The discharge profile continues to operate and
supplies the back-up loads.

Questions
Answers
1
What is the maximum charge
and discharge power of the
battery?
The maximum charge and discharge power
of the battery is defined by the maximum
PAC of the inverter and the number of
battery modules available. The maximum
power of the batteries is defined by the
total voltage and its maximum discharge
2
What happens if the battery is
discharged completely?
The battery enters a state where it is only
charged at 0.8 kW of power until it reaches
the min. SOC; in this state the Back-up Load
cannot be supplied.
3
Why does the battery
discharge at maximum power
by injecting its energy into the
grid even when exporting is
disabled?
The CT transformer may be wired
incorrectly. The correct orientation is
Load -> Grid.
4
Why will it not connect to
the WiFi?
To connect to the WiFi, you need to have
2.4 GHz WiFi and a lower-case SSID.
5
Why are the battery charge
status LEDs on the inverter
display off when the battery
is connected?
When the battery charge status LEDs on
the display are off, it is because the battery
type is not configured correctly, so the
equipment does not recognise it.
6
What is the correct procedure
for starting the hybrid inverter
with SALICRU batteries?
1. Activate the DC switch.
2. Activate the battery's circuit breaker.
3. Press the battery button for 5 seconds
4. Activate the AC switch.

Answers
7
What is the correct procedure
for switching off the hybrid
inverter with SALICRU
batteries?
1. Disconnect the AC and load switches
2. Press the battery button for 5 seconds
3. Deactivate the battery's circuit breaker.
4. Wait 30 seconds and deactivate the
inverter's DC switch.
5. Wait 5 minutes until the inverter
is completely de-energised before
disconnecting the AC and DC cables.
Do not turn off the battery system
while the inverter is generating.
8
What is the procedure to
change the communication
mode from bluetooth to WiFi
or vice versa?
1. Press the button once to turn on the LED
display.
2. Press and hold for 5 seconds until the
“Module Work Mode” menu appears.
3. Press for 3 seconds to enter the menu
and change to “ESP-Wifi” for WiFi
communication or “ESP-BLE” for bluetooth
communication.
9
Why does the SALICRU
battery button LED remain on
despite having held the button
down for 5 seconds?
The battery can be reconnected if the
inverter is on and thus the LED remains on.
Therefore, for correct shutdown, the circuit
breaker must also be disconnected.
10
Why does the SALICRU
battery button LED remain
on despite having turned
the circuit breaker off?
When disconnecting the circuit breaker,
the battery output with the inverter is
disconnected, but if the inverter is on, it can
reconnect the battery and therefore the LED
on the button.
11
Why is some power injected
into the grid when loads are
low or zero?
If there are conditions where the loads
have a consumption of less than 300 W
approximately, it is possible that, due to the
tolerances of the measuring equipment,
about 100 W can be injected per phase.
