the appliance cool down and then remove and reinstall the hose and
accessories.
Instrument maintenance
IMPORTANT: ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE STEAM CLEANER HAS COOLED
DOWN COMPLETELY BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY MAINTENANCE.
Emptying the water tank
1. Disconnect the steam cleaner from the mains and make sure the
appliance has cooled down.
2. Press the handheld unit removal button on the main body to remove the
handheld unit.
3. Turn the lid of the water tank counterclockwise and open it. [3]
4. Empty the excess water from the tank. Put the cap back on.
Removing and cleaning the mop
1. Disconnect the steam cleaner from the mains and make sure the
appliance has cooled down.
2. If necessary, remove the carpet cleaning attachment and then peel the
fabric pad from the floor head.
3. Wash the mop in a washing machine with mild detergent at a maximum
temperature of 40 °C.
IMPORTANT: Do not use bleach or fabric softeners when washing the
mop.
Troubleshooting
If you have a problem with your product, go through this simple checklist
before calling for service.
The steam cleaner will not turn on.
- Make sure the unit is connected to the network.
- Check the power cable.
The steam cleaner does not generate steam.
- There may be no water in the water tank.
