Starting and driving
●
Observe
the
legal
maximum speeds for trailer
operation.
●
Avoid
abrupt
starts,
acceleration or stops.
●
Avoid sharp turns or lane
changes.
●
Always drive your vehicle
at a moderate speed.
●
Always block the wheels
on both vehicle and trailer
when parking. Apply parking
brake on trailer where fitted.
●
Parking on a steep slope is
not recommended.
●
Take
note
of
trailer
manufacturer

●
Take care that tire pressure
are at the pressure for full
loading shown on the tire
placard.
●
The trailer must be loaded
so that heavy goods are placed
over the axle.
IGNITION SWITCH
The switch includes the anti-theft
steering lock device.

LOCK
”
Normal
parking
position
(

)
The ignition key can only be
removed at this position. To lock
the steering wheel, first turn the
key to OFF and turn the key to
LOCK while pushing the key in. It
must be turned about 1/6 of a turn
clockwise from the straight up
position.
To unlock the steering wheel,
insert the key and turn it gently
while rotating the steering wheel
slightly right and left.
WARNING:
●
Never remove the key while
driving. If the key is removed,
the steering wheel will lock.
This will cause the driver to
lose control of the vehicle and
could result in serious vehicle
damage or personal injury.
