Detection Sensitivity
In using the machine, note that there is a difference in the sensor signal depending on the path of
the detected metal inside the sensor even if the same metal piece is used.
Center of the sensor
(the distance to the sensor coil is big)
The detection response is the smallest.
(= lowest detection sensitivity)
Near the sensor wall
(the distance to the sensor coil is small)
The detection response is the largest.
(= highest detection sensitivity)
Important
The detection sensitivity of the machine is set by assuming the metal pieces to
pass the center of the sensor.

POWER lamp:
When the power switch is ON, this lamp lights.
LEVEL lamp:
Used for maintenance (gain adjustment)
Internal buzzer:
At occurrence of an error, the buzzer
sounds.
OUT lamp:
At detection of a foreign object, this lamp lights.
