CheckingProcedure
Material deliveries are to be checked on arrival to site / place of destination as well as
before each use to ensure that they are in good condition and functioning correctly.
The inspection includes a visual check and functional check of all components and
check of assembled parts, according to relevant assembly drawings.
Checks must be done by authorised personnel only. Highlight and report any deviation,
at any stage, to the senior staff member. Senior staff must take appropriate action in
regards to any deviation reported.
The following is a typical checklist. Job specific checklist may vary.
