Smooth Clip Nail Clippers
1.
Lift arm from hand grip and rotate 180°.
2.
Position nail between cutting edges and
squeeze handle to cut nail.
3.
Gently squeeze sides of clear guard to
disengage it from hand grip of clippers
(Figure A) and slide back to empty out
nail clippings. Emery board should rise
slightly out of storage compartment.
4.
If emery board isn’t easily accessible, press
inside clippers to assist with removal (see
Figure A

).
5.
Remove emery board from compartment
(Figure B) and use it to smooth any rough
fingernail edges after clipping.
6.
Return emery board to compartment and
press clear guard back onto clippers until it
clicks into place (Figure C).
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry after each
use. Sterilize metal portion by wiping with
rubbing alcohol.
It is easiest to trim nails while baby is
sleeping.
CAUTION:
This product is not a toy.
DO
NOT
allow children to play with it. When not in use,
keep out of reach of children. Be careful not to trim too
close to baby’s sensitive skin.
