GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This product is designed as a footrest, not a stepstool or chair;
do not sit or stand on the platform.
This product must be on level surface to ensure proper stability.
Only use this product when fully assembled.
Never use this product if it does not perform according to this
sheet.
Immediately report any problems to Safco and always give the
manufacturer's date code information from the carton.
ASSEMBLED UNIT
Model 5124
Insert the A Back Loop into the sockets in the B
Base Loop, with the snap buttons on the back loop
facing outward. Push back loop down until the snap
buttons snap into the holes in the sockets of the base
loop.
Grasp the C Platform by the sides, with the wire
prongs away from you. Tilt the platform front up, and
line up the wire prongs on the platform back with the
desired set of holes in the back loop.
Insert the prongs into the holes, and tilt the platform
down until its back surface rests flat against the back
loop.
To change the footrest height, lift the front of the
platform until the prongs can be disengaged, then
reinsert into new position as before.

This product functions as a high-range, heavy-duty footrest. It
relaxes tired feet, and provides added comfort and relief by
alleviating pressure on thighs while accommodating high work
surfaces. A large base reduces the chance of tipping. The non-
skid surface keeps feet from slipping. Height is adjustable over
an 9-1/2" range.
