Max RxACM Profile
- choose preferred modulation profile from drop-down
box. This is the highest modulation available for the ACM switching or a fixed
modulation when the ACM is not enabled.
6.5.2
Radio settings
Following radio parameters can be configured:
Tx Frequency
– set preferred radio Tx frequency. The Rx Frequency will be
automatically set depending on the T/R spacing supported by the ODU. The
available frequency range is automatically calculated depending on the
Bandwidth and Max RxACM Profile. The actual Tx / Rx Frequency range and
T/R spacing can be checked pointing on the
icon. Only specific ODUs
support manual T/R spacing and configurable Rx frequency parameter.
TX Power Limit
– set required ODU Tx power output level. This setting is used
as the maximum power available for the Automatic Transmit Power Control
(ATPC) function or as a fixed transmission power when the ATPC is not
enabled. The allowed Tx power range will change depending on the active
modulation. The maximum power values for each modulation are available
under the respective
icon. This parameter can be configured higher than
the current limit. In such case, the device automatically will set the closest
possible value.
TX Mute Config
– should always be set to
auto
unless it is needed to disable
RF output due to specific tests or troubleshooting process.
