ACKAGING
We have the utmost care of delivering your new stove in the best packaging possible, in order to reduce
any chance of damage. Thanks for checking your stove for damage and complete content as soon you
receive it. Please report any missing parts immediately to your point of sale.
The packaging of your stove is harmless to the environment. The carton and wood will get accepted at
your local recycling park.

ARRANTY
You Saey stove enjoys a two-year warranty covering possible construction errors. This applies from
the purchase date onwards and to the extent that the usage is in accordance with the installation and
operation instructions. Your receipt or invoice with listed date of purchase will apply as your warranty
certificate.
This warranty is restricted to the repair or replacement of those parts which present faults during
normal usage. This warranty will not stand for faults that result from bad installation, wrong usage,
modifications to the appliance, disassembling the appliance, wear or lack of maintenance.
Warranty requests need to be made via your point of sale.
