CONTROLS
The top icon will open the Auxiliary IO Diagnostics screen (Figure
Diagnostics screen (Figure 22). The Auxiliary IO Diagnostics screen shows
sensor inputs, temperature sensor, conveyor settings, and controller functions. This section will step through
testing the components to ensure the controllers and sensors are working properly.
PRESSURE SENSORS
The pressure sensors relay information back to the electronic control system in mV. As shown in Figure 10, all six
of the sensors are sending information. In this instance, all sensors are working properly.

outside of this range would be considered either a high or low voltage output resulting in a warning message to
the operator.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR
The Temperature sensor is a resistive type sensor that gives feedback to the control system. When the sensor is
connected and communicating properly, the box will read “OK”. In this illustration, the Temperature Sensor is
working.
KEYPAD
The keypad on the console armrest communicates on a CAN based system. This system is constantly sending
information. The Keypad box as shown reads “OK”. This indicates that the keypad is connected and
communicating.
CONVEYOR
The Conveyor section of the diagnostics screen allows the op
