needed. The hydraulic tank should also be filled to the appropriate level. Also check the sensor and wiring for
damage or loose connections. Until there is either an adequate amount of oil in the tank or the sensor and wiring
are repaired, an icon will be visible on the display to alert the operator to the low oil level condition.
Hydrostatic Coil Circuits
The hydrostatic pumps are controlled electronically with the electronic control system. The Front and Rear Auger
Speed adjustment knobs on the console control the variable displacement of the pumps. If a warning appears that
either of the Hydrostatic Coil Circuits is open or shorted, the operator should check for any loose wires, plugs, or
shorted wires. If all of the wiring is intact and connections are properly secured and the pump(s) cannot be
actuated, service to the system will be required. If material needs to be removed from the mixer and the pumps
cannot be actuated electronically, a manual override button is located on the coil that will engage the pump and
allow the auger to turn to unload the mixer. The manual override shall not be used to continually operate the
mixer under any circumstance after the mixer is unloaded.
High Speed Valve Coil
The High Speed Valve Coil allows the mixer to be shifted to High Speed Cleanout Mode. If a warning appears that
the circuit is open or shorted, the operator should check for any loose wires, plugs, or shorted wires. If all of the
wiring is intact and connections are properly secured and the coil still does not allow the mixer to shift to High
Speed Cleanout Mode, replacement of the coil or service to the system may be necessary.
Conveyor Motor Coil
The Conveyor Motor Coil turns the conveyor discharge apron on and off. If a warning appears that the circuit is
open or shorted, the operator should check for any loose wires, plugs, or shorted wires. If all of the wiring is intact
and connections are properly secured and the coil still does not allow the conveyor to turn on, replacement of the
coil or service to the system may be necessary.
