CONSOLE FUNCTIONS
Figure 16 shows the Operator console that the display and scale head mounts to. This console contains the
switches and rotary knobs that control the remaining functions of the mixer. The 2 knobs located on the top of the
console control the speed of the front and rear augers. By turning the knobs fully counterclockwise, the augers
will turn at minimum speed (zero RPM). By turning the knobs fully clockwise, the augers will turn at maximum
speed (36 RPM). The single knob that is located on the base of the console controls the conveyor apron speed.
Similar to the auger controls, fully counterclockwise is minimum speed while fully clockwise is maximum speed.
The joystick that is located on the base of the console controls the front door and conveyor slide functions.
Moving the joystick backwards (towards the mixer) will open the front door, and moving the joystick forward
(towards the engine) will close the door. Moving the joystick to the left (towards the operator) will slide the
conveyor to the out position. Likewise, moving the joystick to the right (passenger side), the conveyor will retract
to the travel position.
