Follow the

Check for loose/bad connections.
•
Test the easiest components first. (power, key switch, DC-DC converter)
•
Mower should be fully charged (if possible)
•
Before
disassembly:

Attempt to charge mower (note any error LED indications)

Check for voltage at charge port.
