Considering  the  provisions  of  OUG  195/2005  -  regarding 

environmental  protection  and  O.U.G.  5/2015.  Consumers  will 

consider  the  following  indications  for  handing  over  electrical  waste, 

specified below: 

-  Consumers  have  the  obligation  not  to  dispose  of  waste  electrical  and 

electronic equipment (WEEE) as unsorted municipal waste and to collect this 

WEEE separately.
