rmon alarm
Configures RMON alarm conditions.
Command Mode: Global Configuration
Syntax
[no] rmon alarm <index(1-65535)> <mib-word > <Interval(secs)> {<abso-
lute|delta>} rising-threshold <RisingThreshold> <risingEventIndex(1-
65535)> falling-threshold <FallingThreshold> <fallingEventIndex(1-
65535)> [owner <string>]
Description
■
<index(1-65535)>
- Specifies the RMON alarm group index.
■
<mib-word >
- Specifies the object identifier of the particular variable to be sampled,
MIB must be valid.
■
<Interval(secs)>
- Specifies the interval in seconds during which the data is
sampled and compared with rising and falling thresholds, 1 to 4294967295.
■
{<absolute|delta>}
- Specifies the method used for sampling the selected vari-
able and calculating the value to be compared against the thresholds.
■
rising-threshold <RisingThreshold>
- Specifies the rising threshold.
■
<risingEventIndex(1-65535)>
- Specifies the event index used when a rising
threshold is crossed.
■
falling-threshold <FallingThreshold>
- Specifies the falling threshold.
■
<fallingEventIndex(1-65535)>
- Specifies the event index used when a falling
threshold is crossed.
■
[owner <string>]
- Specifies the RMON alarm group owner name.
■
no rmon alarm
- Disables an RMON alarm condition.
