The estimated capacity is the maximum potential throughput of a particular client. 
This estimate is based on measurements of downlink traffic and is updated only 
when the AP transmits more than 1000 packets, each containing at least 1024 bytes 
of data, within a one-minute measurement interval. The uplink and downlink 
throughput curves show the actual throughput of the client. These curves are 
influenced by the user session, and they vary as a function of gaps in browsing 
activity and internet server response times.
