AEC
AEC (Acoustic Echo Cancellation) is used to prevent feedback from occurring between the microphone and the speaker. AEC
is only available on one (1) microphone; by default, it is enabled on the front panel mic. When the front panel mic is disabled,
AEC operates on the rear microphone.
NOTE: AEC is not available for Headset Mics.
Mic Priority
The Mic Priority menu is used to select the microphone to enable AEC on when both the front and rear mics are active.
To configure mic priority on a microphone , do the following:
1.
Starting at the Audio Options|Advanced|AEC menu, select Mic Priority .
2.
Press the SEL button .
Front Mic and Rear Mic appear in the panel display.
3.
Using the left and right arrow buttons, select Front Mic or Rear Mic .
4.
Press the SEL button .
An arrow appears next to the selected option .
