Service Request bit

*STB? query. When the *STB? query is read

the MSS bit is not cleared.

The Request Service bit is cleared when it is

polled during a serial poll.

The Output queue stores output messages in a FIFO buffer until

read. If the Output Queue has data, the MAV bit in the Status Byte
