EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY
The following warranty applies to the evaporative emission control system.
Royal Enfield Motors warrants the first owner and each subsequent owner, that this motorcycle is designed and built so
as to conform, at the time of sale, with applicable regulations specified by the evaporative emission control system related
parts fitted to this motorcycle are free from defects in materials and workmanship which may cause this motorcycle not
to meet applicable regulations period of 24 Months from the date of first use of the motorcycle.
The Warranty period shall begin either on the date the motorcycle is delivered to the first retail purchaser OR from the first
date the motorcycle is used as a demonstrator OR as a display and/or trial motorcycle.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED BY THE EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM
WARRANTY
1. Failures which may arise as a result of misuse, alterations, accidents OR non performance of routine maintenance, as
specified in the Owner’s Manual.
2. Replacing, removing OR modifying any portion of the EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM (consisting of
fuel tank, fuel tank cap, canister, purge valve, throttle body, vapor hoses, fuel hoses and hose connectors) with parts
not certified by Royal Enfield.
