11.8 Front Wheel

Support vehicle suitably

such  that  the  front

wheel is off the ground.

Hold front wheel axle on

fork  end  RH  &  loosen

hex nut.

Remove  hex  nut  and

washer.

Loosen pinch bolt from

bottom of fork end RH.

Support wheel and pull

out spindle from RH side,

taking care not to drop

the spacers.

Remove  wheel  from

between the fork ends

along with wheel speed

sensor and spacer.

Remove  wheel  speed

sensor from the hub.

Hex nut: M16
Ring Spanner: 24mm

Hex soc. Hd. cap Screw:

M8
Allen key: 6mm

CAUTION:

Take care not to damage

the  wheel  speed  sensor

while removing front wheel

CAUTION:

Place a suitable spacer of 4

mm thickness, between the

brake pads to prevent them

from coming  out too far,

incase  brake  lever  is

depressed accidentally.
