WARNING
Failure to adhere to this procedure will
result in the chain lock to fall off, cause the rear
chain to snap and stop the motorcycle abruptly.
This if not avoided, can lead to a potentially
hazardous situation .causing an accident, which
could result in serious injury or loss of life.
Drive Chain Lock Fitment
If for any reason the chain link lock is removed, it
should be fitted such that the closed end of the lock
is towards the direction of the chain rotation.
Please ensure the chain lock is located properly in
the chain link and is locked in place.
MINOR MAINTENANCE TIPS
Holding the adjuster
nuts, tighten the lock
nuts against the
adjuster nuts on both
the left and right
sides of the swing
arm.
Tighten the sprocket nut on the right side to a
torque of 7KgM(70 Nm)
