ROYAL ENFIELD    VEHICLE SERVICE MANUAL - EURO IV

Headlamp Casing &

Steering Stem

Bullet Classic EFI /

Bullet EFI

Using a short chisel, drive

in the ball race along with

dust  cap  on  the

headlamp casing and the

ball  race  in  steering

stem.

Loosen and remove the

steering stem lock nut

from  the  headlamp

casing  along  with  the

washer.

Remove the fork cover

tubes LH & RH along with

the rubber spacers and

plastic bushes.

Locate  steering  stem

and  assemble    on  the

frame.

Using a long chisel, gently

tap and drive in at the

top and bottom races on

the  frame  head  tube

along with the dust cap.

Locate  the  top  and

bottom ball cage from

the ball races.

Locate  the  Headlamp

casing in the frame.
