Gently  lower  the

steering  stem  and

remove from the frame.

Remove the Headlamp

casing from the frame.

Using a long chisel, gently

tap and drive out the top

and bottom races from

the  frame  head  tube

along with the dust cap.

Remove  the  top  and

bottom ball cage from

the ball races.

Using a short chisel, drive

out the ball race along

with dust cap from the

headlamp casing and the

ball race from steering

stem.
