Remove Front wheel as

described  in

Front

Wheel section 6.1.

Remove  front  mud-

guard  as  detailed  in

Section 6.2.

Ensure  wheel  speed

sensor is removed from

the fork end LH.

Disconnect Trafficator

couplers LH & RH inside

headlamp casing.

Loosen Hex Nylock nuts

on steering stem pinch

bolt  LH  &  RH  remove

trafficator  assembly

with bracket on LH & RH

side.

Hold the pinch bolts LH

& RH and loosen hex nut

Loosen nut by holding

fork pinch bolt in bottom

yoke (steering stem) on

RH & LH side.

Hex Nylock Nut: M8
Ring spanner: 12mm

Hex bolt M8
Hex Nylock Nut: M8
Double end spanner:

12mm
