12.1 Battery -

Dismantling

Continental GT

The battery is located on

the  left  side  of  the

motorcycle.

Ensure the motorcycle is

parked  on  its  center

stand, in a well ventilated

area.

Ensure  the  ignition

switch and engine stop

switch  are  in  OFF

position.

Unlock and remove the

battery cover.

Remove  the  battery

carrier  bracket  by

loosening  the  two

screws.

Pull  the  battery  out

slightly from the battery

carrier.

Remove  the  battery

from the carrier.
