8.12 Brake pads



Apply Silicon grease on

the Pin OD and then

assemble the Pin bolt by

pressingbrake pads into

caliper body.



Mount the Caliper

assembly into Fork

andtighten

the

Mounting bolts.



Tighten the Pin bolts



Install the Grub screw

and tighten



Connect the brake hose

to the caliper with New

sealing copper washer

and then Tighten the

Banjo bolt.



Fill the brake fluid and

bleed the hydraulic

brake system.

Torque 17 Nm

Torque 25 Nm

Torque 35 Nm
