One switch button: press the button once to switch the appliance on; LCD will light

Using the

witching adaptor, connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the
motor switched off.

When the appliance
is
charged, the charge/dis-
charge current capacity
(symbol) will
be
displayed
and start flashing
and the red plug symbol will dis-
play continually
.
When the appliance
is
discharged,

harge/discharge current capacity (symbol) will
be
displayed
and start flashing
.
o
The red plug symbol and red charge/discharge current capacity
(symbol) start flash-
ing when the unit reaches low battery capacity during operation. It
is
then time to
recharge.

Once the appliance is completely charged, the charge/discharge current capacity
(symbol) will display continually
during
normal use.
Then recharge to full capacity.
Maximum battery capacity will only be reached after several charging/discharging
cycles.

The adapter and appliance may become warm while charging; this is normal.

The appliance can be used to cut hair while charging. The

Note: please do not operate the unit connected to the power adaptor for a long time

Unplug the adapter from the wall and the base when not in use. Do not unplug the
adapter from the wall when it is still connected to the appliance. This will cause the
battery
to discharge.
