To Set the Clip Name Options
Set the name you would like to be able to assign to new
clips from the Control Surface. When you press the
corresponding softkey the name is applied to the clip
after the prefix you added with the
8
or
9
softkey.
Tip:
You can also set the clip names from the Replay Event
Setup menu (Press MARK + SCROLL > Modify Labels (7)).

Press

User Setup
menu opens.
2.
Use the up and down arrows, or the rotary dial, to
select
Name 1 Row 1
.
3.
Use the keyboard to enter the default name you
would like to assign to the
1
softkey (max 25
characters) on the bottom row.
Tip:
Assign the name to the clip by pressing the softkey
on the Control Surface.
4.
Continue to assign names to the first row of buttons.
5.
Use the up and down arrows, or the rotary dial, to
select
Name 1 Row 2
.
6.
Use the keyboard to enter the default name you
would like to assign to the
1
softkey (max 25
characters) on the top row.
Tip:
Assign the name to the clip by pressing SHIFT and
the softkey on the Control Surface.
7.
Continue to assign names to the second row of
buttons.
8.
Press
MARK
+
SCROLL
again to close the menu.
User Setup Files
The user setup files contain all the user settings and allow
you to quickly switch the feel of the replay work-flow
to better match the preferences of individual operators
and the requirements of the event being covered.
To Save a User Setup File
User Setup files can be stored either to the hard drive or
a USB drive installed into the USB port on the Control
Surface.

Select the drive you want to store the file to.
Note:
If you want to store the file to a USB drive, you must
install the USB drive into the USB port on the front of the
Control Surface.

In the
ENTRY
field, enter the name you want to
give the user setup file and press
SAVE New File

Tip:
If you want to overwrite and existing file, select the
file and press SHIFT + OVERWRITE File (2).

To Load a User Setup File
User Setup files can be loaded either from the hard drive

Tip:
To rename an existing file on the selected drive select
the user setup file you want to rename, enter a new name
in the ENTRY field, and press RE-NAME File (3).

To Name a Camera Input
Set the name that appears on the menus for the camera
input.

2.
Use the up and down arrows, or the rotary dial, to
select the camera you want to change the name of.
3.
Use the keyboard to enter the new name for the
camera input.
4.
