format.

MMEMory:STORe<n>:TFACtor <FileName>, <TransdName>
This command exports transducer factor data to an ASCII (CSV) file.
For details on the file format see Chapter 9.7.3, "Reference: Transducer Factor File
Format" , on page 531.
