IF/Video Output
The female BNC connector can be used for various outputs in the Spectrum applica-
tion:

Intermediate frequency (IF) output of approximately 20 MHz

Video output (1V)

This connector is only available if the R&S
FPL1-B5 option is installed.

Headphones Connector
The R&S
FPL1000 provides demodulators for AM, FM and PM signals, which can be
routed to the headphone connector. With headphones or an external loudspeaker con-
nected to the 3.5
mm headphone socket, the displayed signal can be identified acousti-
cally.
This connector is only available if the R&S
FPL1-B5 option is installed.

Noise Source Control
The Noise Source Control female connector is used to provide the supply voltage for
an external noise source. For example, use it to measure the noise figure and gain of
amplifiers and frequency converting devices.
