Connecting Equipment (Rear Panel)

Turning On/Off the Power

Once everything is properly connected, be sure to follow the procedure

below to turn on their power. If you turn on equipment in the wrong

order, you risk causing malfunction or equipment failure.

Turning the power on

1

Long-press the [

L

] (Power) button to turn the power on.

*  This unit is equipped with a protection circuit. A brief interval

(a few seconds) after turning the unit on is required before it will operate

normally.

*  Before turning the unit on/off, always be sure to turn the volume down. Even with

the volume turned down, you might hear some sound when switching the unit on/

off. However, this is normal and does not indicate a malfunction.

Turning the power off

1

Hold down the [

L

] (Power) button for one second or

longer; the power will be turned off.

*  Do not disconnect the power cord while the [

L

](power) button is blinking.

Making the Power Automatically Turn Off After a Time (Auto Off)

The power to this unit will be turned off automatically after a

predetermined amount of time has passed since it was last used for

playing music, or its buttons or controls were operated (Auto Off

function).
If you do not want the power to be turned off automatically, disengage

the Auto Off function. (Default: 240 min.)

*  Auto-off settings are automatically saved in this unit.

excessive force.

*  Use the cord

hook to secure

the cord of the

AC adaptor as
