14. LINE IN
This tests audio signals (L/R) input from the
LINE IN
jack.
fig.test14.eps
1.
Connect the UA-1G to the computer.
2.
Connect the OUTPUT jack on the UA-1G to the
LINE
jack.
* If the UA-1G is not available, input the following signals to the
LINE
jack.
L: 1-kHz sine wave at 2.5 Vpp
R: 2-kHz sine wave at 2.5 Vpp
3.
Play back the
MI073_01_LINE.wav
on the computer.
4.
Connect the oscilloscope to the
MAIN OUTPUT
jack and display the
waveform.
5.
Verify that the following signals are output.
MAIN OUTPUT L (Tip): 1-kHz ±50 Hz sine wave at 8.5 ±3.0 Vpp
MAIN OUTPUT R (Tip): 2-kHz ±50 Hz sine wave at 8.5 ±3.0 Vpp
6.
Detach the UA-1G from the
LINE
jack.
Execution automatically advances to the next test item.
